what is america? can it be summed up with just an image? that is the question we will try to answer with the exhibit: A LACK OF COLOR a monochromatic exploration of the idea of america

join the artists in a monochromatic journey of single hues and colors, creating pieces that evoke the feeling, spirit and idea (and ideals) of america.

the show will be on view at beans gallery located at 2553 w fullerton avenue in chicago. opening night reception on october 5th from 6pm to 10pm. the full show runs from october 13 - november 5, 2018.

food and drinks will be served.

Solo Show

lines,lines,lines

Join David for a showing of his new series titles 'lines,lines,lines' at The Martini Room in Elgin, IL.

The show is broken into 2 types of pieces. 

  • The first series is an exploration of the cracking and disintegration of substance.  The pieces are textural in appearance and carry loads of movement.  
  • The second series is an exploration of the human form.  The pieces range from realistic and focused to abstract and gestural.  

In addition to the lines group of pieces, there will be a few pieces from the SILO series as well as some pieces from the past for sale.
